You remain responsible for verifying any authority, citation or proposition before relying on it, filing it, or advising a client on it.

Access is invitation-only and may be limited, suspended or withdrawn. Beta software may contain defects, and features may change or be removed. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation during the beta.

You agree to use the service lawfully, to keep your credentials secure, and to upload only content you are entitled to process. You agree not to reverse-engineer the service, resell access, or use it to build a competing product.

ALC retains all rights in the platform, its interfaces and underlying technology. You retain all rights in the content you upload and in the work product you create. We claim no ownership over your matter content.

To the extent permitted by law, ALC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on output that has not been verified by a qualified professional. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute resolution clause in a signed agreement between us.
